We want you to love your Snappy Home gadgets. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right.

✅ Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Personal hygiene items (if applicable)

💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

🔄 How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@snappyhome.store with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping)
4. Receive your refund

💔 Defective or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
